review of 2008:
Jan - new year with teddy bear in HK. first time to count down with logong..hehe..
Feb - first time to spend Chinese New Year in HK after 5 years in UK
March - starting my first career in Adecco as Assistant Supervisor, handling a office all by myself
           - spent my Easter holiday in Singapore ^^
April til June - seems nothing special happened wor
July - had a wonderful birthday with teddy bear at Venetian Hotel.
       - moving office from Kwai Fong to Wanchai
August - nothing special again
Sept - Visiting logong in Singapore again...
        - my manager left the company
Oct - start getting stressed from work
       - 2 Years Anniversary with my lovely teddy bear
Nov - getting very sick...seen over 10 doctors..was confirmed having Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE..had loads of pills and treatments...stayed in Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital but the doctor giving up to help me at the end ...
        - teddy bear came to take care of me in the hospital
Dec - Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance..scary at the beginning, but lucky my stiutaion seems start getting stable...
       - finally get discharged from hospital after a month...missing home so badly
       - losing 14 kg in a week!!! the nurses couldn't recognise me when I went back for check up...

My 2008 was filled with ups and downs, happy to meet loads of new friends from my job, got a chance to lead a team for my first career and still having my teddy bear taking care of me all year round..hehe. Just start getting the bad luck at the end of 2008, never been that sick before , never cried for so much before. It was really a nightmare, so bad that I definitely will not forget for the rest of my life. At the same time, I got to know more friends during my stay in hospital. Thanks for all my family, friends, colleagues, nurses, doctors and ppl who come to comfort me and take care of me while I was unconscious on the bed.
I believe the worst should have passed, though I am slowly recovering, the doctors are all surprised with my progress after the 1st treatment, everyone thought its a miracle for my situation, things may get back to the worst stage at anytime I promise to take good care of myself, I will not let myself to get back to the past...
My new year wishes: - finishing all the 6 treatments (hopefully will be reduced later...) + having less pills and less blood test...everyone knows I hate needles now, nurses and doctors get headaches when they need to do treatments and blood test on me
- wanna go on holiday with mum (still not sure where to go yet)
- Japan trip with teddy bear (hopefully in Feb) then Malaysian trip for Mimi's Wedding in July
- further promotion for my career....( may be pray for not getting fired after so many months of sick leave )
- can go to Singapore more often...hehe...hoping to spend every single important dates with teddy bear
- recovering before 2010 , getting back to normal life as soon as possible!!

Most importantly...BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY!!!! I wish everyone around me HAPPY 2009!!!

when will I recover? when I can stop all the medication? suddenly missing my colleagues, my students and my friends..just want to get back to normal life. So depressing

hope that the worse is over by now!! Lucky it's just lungs infection, but not other more horrible things><. Was really worried when all the doctors said sth different.

I just want to be healthy!!!!!!!!!

Upper respiratory infection + high temperature

Doctor: if the medicine just don't work on you again, then I am afraid you need to stay in hospital for a check up...
Me: ....hai?!?!?!....

aiiiiiii....am I really that serious? pls I wish this is the last time to see doctor...at least for this year!!!!! I spend loads just on seeing doctor recently...ho expensive ar...I just spent $630!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! suen la...i wish that is the last bit i need to pay for this year...I just want to recover

time for some updates I suppose...

Life is still the same for me, apart from the sudden change for the global economy crisis. Can just hear everyone discussing about that topic. Life sucks....more and more people are unemployed. Will I be one of them soon? Pls better not, at least wait til i get another job. I won't expect much for the coming year, just hoping things will get better, the economy can just get back to normal as soon as possible.

Since everyone is worrying about their job, start pulling down their expenses. I suppose I better start saving up as well. but recently, don't think i spent any at all, well all my money has gone to the doctor = ='' Been coughing for more than 2 weeks now, may be i will see some blood on the tissue soon when i cough. sigh...hate medicines ><...they are just awlful.. I want to eat 'big gate crabs', pizza, going out to play....right now just dun have the energy, when will I recover?

everything seems not in a good condition. the only thing i am looking forward now....a month later, i will be flying to Vietnam, spending a hot Xmas this year...hehe...yeah!!!! <<BB Style>>...hehe ( I beg logong must be laughing like crazy now ^^) That's my first time to Vietnam, hope it will be a great holiday!!!!!

ho crazy....what kind of life is that...

training the whole morning in central -> running for taxi cos need to hurry back to Wanchai for farewell lunch -> starting turning on turbo working and working non-stop since after lunch til 6:30pm....

I still haven't replied to some of the emails, the report that I should be handing in by mon (it's still not finished = ='')

Though I am at home now and finished dinner, still got a bit of preparation work for tmr's training after tutorial later...I can forsee I am gonna be super busy, even worser than before....training for more than 2 hours EVERYDAY!!! The worst thing is..I need carry the laptop'S' and the over head protector with me every day...chi sin!!! I SO NEED AN ASSISTANT...and also...even if I am a trainer...I can't guarantee to have a laptop...aiii....

sigh...when i thought i can have a nice dinner, someone just come and piss me off...leave me alone...YOU HAVE RIGHT TO TALK..IF YOU ARE A 'LAWYER' YOU SHOULD KNOW THE CONCEPT OF 'I HAVE MY RIGHT TO DO WHATEVER I WANT AS WELL'...SO YOU BETTER SHUT UP AND LEAVE ME ALONE...

no web cam .... didn't do much work ....can still stay up still 2am...aiii...no motivation at all what's going on with me? sigh...work piling up again, dim suen ar? what a lazy girl...

been busy lately, meetings + daily routine work + temp staff roster + preparing training + tutorial after work... so much to do in all of a sudden..the receptionists keep seeing a chubby girl running upstairs and downstairs, everytime with the same reaction, 'You have meeting again?' Yes, I know that's super insane!! Lucky, I had a birthday party with my colleagues right after I was back from Central office, though it's kind of late, consider it's one and a half month late...still I had a great break with some cakes...followed by packing up all my stuff on my desk into boxes, preparing for the carpet replacing today. I HATE PACKING!!! I need to unpack them on Mon ...

Ho yeah!! My flights are finally settled...can't wait...I desperately need a holiday!! hehe...Will I get loads of shoes back again this time? sigh...I spent a lot recently, need to start saving up ><...

ho time to go to bed now...ADD OIL...not long to go, need to finish all my work before my holiday starts!!!

【本報訊】一名中年怪漢前晚深宵在藍田公園「做運動」做得熱血沸騰，竟在一塊滿佈圓孔的仰起坐鐵板上，做出另類掌上壓，褪下褲子將陽具插入圓孔內自瀆，至陽具充血脹大無法拔出，緊卡在孔內進退兩難，痛苦難當惟有面懵懵報警求助。醫生到場為他打針放血無效，消防員最後要鋸去整塊鐵板，連人帶板五花大綁送院救治。被網民稱為「活塞男」的男事主陽具被卡住近 4 小時後，始由醫生救出重獲自由。

疑自作自受的 42 歲中年漢姓辛，肇事時穿 T 恤、三個骨褲，腳踏拖鞋，他留醫聯合醫院八小時後，穿染血 T 恤、前褲襠滲滿大片血的三個骨褲，戴眼鏡及口罩，神情閃縮從醫院匆匆走出。記者上前追訪他時，他即拔足狂奔粗言怒罵：「仲講！打ｘ你！你唔好搞到我冇份工！」繼而慌張地跳上的士消失。

陽具放血痛得哀叫

現場為觀塘碧雲道藍田公園山頂，須步行 200 級樓梯到達，公園 24 小時開放，園內有一個仰起坐設施的健體器材，由四條鐵柱緊扣一塊 3 呎闊、 8 呎長的鐵板，作 25 度角度傾斜，鐵板上滿佈約一吋直徑的圓孔。該設施可讓用家作仰或俯伏動作，做出仰起坐、掌上壓及仰抱膝左右轉動的收腹運動。
前晚 11 時 43 分，辛到公園山頂做運動健身，有人聲稱玩仰起坐 sit up ，卻俯伏在鐵板上背向天做出另類掌上壓，先將三個骨褲褪到大腿間，將陽具插入其中一個圓孔磨擦自瀆。其後陽具充血脹大，有人欲抽身之際，始驚覺陽具卡在孔內無法拔出，經歷男人最痛之時刻，無奈自行報警求助。
因現場位置較偏僻，當局只能派出小型消防車連同救護車到場，救援人員再須步行 200 級樓梯，約半小時後始到達山頂。
當時辛痛苦呻吟，不斷啊啊呼痛，他自稱玩 sit up 意外受傷，乍見記者在場採訪，大叫：「唔好咁樣對我啦！」又向消防員懇求：「如果我暈，千祈唔好俾佢影到我！」消防識做地用紅氈將辛包，又撐開雨傘擋住鐵板下的「風光」。
擾攘 10 多分鐘後消防見無計可施，惟有急召附近聯合醫院兩名男醫生到場解困，只見醫生捐入鐵板下，為辛打麻醉針及用針筒將充血陽具放血，辛仍痛得哀叫。消防及救護員則按辛，又用繩將他固定在鐵板上，以免他痛極碰撞傷上加傷。約 20 分鐘後，醫生無奈表示：「你度腫得滯，淨係抽血都出唔到，要去醫院，去到醫院我幫你搞啦！」在場人員則竊竊私語說：「都唔知係唔係食春藥。」

至昨凌晨 1 時，約八、九名消防員用小電鋸鋸去四條鐵柱扣後，連人帶鐵板將辛抬落山，再抬上救護車送聯合醫院急救，公園現場遺下一大灘血、一對拖鞋及水樽。直至凌晨 3 時許，人板最終脫離，辛由急症室推出，在外科病房留醫八小時，至昨早 11 時許無礙出院。
康文署發言人回應稱，有關的仰起坐板是由美國生產商按照美國標準 ASTM F1487 生產，符合安全標準。該設施主要是金屬製造，外層塗上一層 PVC 保護膜，板上的圓孔是為疏水之用，避免雨水積聚板上。發言人又謂，現時全港有 18 個公園設有該套健體設施，即共 18 套，就今次意外，該署已通知有關設施的本港代理商。

譏諷：真係有諗頭

昨日事發後，網民留言鋪天蓋地，由昨日清晨 6 時至晚上 11 時，網民仍是樂此不疲討論不休，明顯他們對活塞男的「男人最痛」遭遇絕不同情，留言更極盡挖苦能事，有人語帶雙關說：「佢做運動好可疑，點解做到下體會卡住！」亦有人抵死說：「佢真係有諗頭，咁情節仲以為只有搞笑片先會有，計仲勁過 mr bean 同星爺！」
更有人指：「咁就知道佢 size 啦！」至於提到如何替活塞男解困，網民更啜核：「惟有一個方法 … … 剪」，令人捧腹大笑。
鍾錦華接受查詢時稱，這宗夾下體新聞並非大新聞，昨日各大媒體都集中報道新廣播處長的消息，但在網上卻遠不及這宗個人意外事故被廣泛討論，他分析說夾下體新聞趣味十足，過程中不乏「笑位」，絕對是茶餘飯後好話題，亦可滿足取笑別人而獲得自己快樂的人性。
